Cookie policy

Which cookies Kuseki uses and why you will not see a consent banner.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

The short version. Kuseki only uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: to keep you logged in and to remember choices you make (theme and language). No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. That is why there is no consent banner.

What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, work the same way and follow the same rules. Under EU law (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, applied in Spain by Article 22.2 of the LSSI), strictly necessary cookies do not need consent; tracking and analytics cookies do.

Which ones do we use?

Name or typePurposeTypeDuration
Dashboard session cookieKeep you securely logged inStrictly necessary, first partyUntil you log out or the session expires
Language preference (localStorage)Remember the language you pickedPreference you choseUntil you clear it
Cloudflare security cookies (for example __cf_bm)Tell people from bots and protect the siteStrictly necessary, set by our hosting providerShort, usually minutes

The exact name of the session cookie may change with dashboard updates; its purpose stays strictly technical. Cloudflare lists its cookies in its documentation.

Why is there no cookie banner?

Because none is needed. The Spanish Data Protection Agency's cookie guide treats cookies needed for a service the user asked for, and preferences the user chose (such as language), as exempt from consent. We only have to tell you about them, which this page does.

What if you add analytics later?

If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, show you a banner to choose. Those cookies will not run without your consent.

Do professionals' booking pages use cookies?

Booking pages built with Kuseki use only the same technical storage described above. Professionals cannot add tracking tools through Kuseki.

How can you delete them?

You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. If you delete the session cookie you will need to log in again; if you delete preferences, the site goes back to the default theme and language.
